We ship, then improve.
A working product in front of users teaches more in a week than a specification document teaches in a month.
Careers
Distributed team building digital products across healthcare, hospitality recruitment, web quality, productivity, and SEO.
What we work on
The problems are more interesting than the stack, so we will start there.
We build emergency medical documents that need to display correctly on a phone screen in a hospital corridor at 3 a.m. We build recruitment software that needs to understand the difference between a dim sum chef and a sushi chef. We build website scanning tools that need to navigate thousands of pages without losing track of where they started. We build project management dashboards that need to sync a local markdown file with a cloud database without losing data.
The stack, for those who want to know: React, React Native, TypeScript, Supabase, Astro, Vite, Expo. We use Tailwind for styling, Playwright for testing, and Vercel for hosting. We write in British English and commit to main.
How we work
Distributed across time zones. Asynchronous by default. Written communication first. We do not have daily standups, mandatory video calls, or Slack channels that expect instant replies.
Each team member owns a product area end to end: research, design, build, ship, and maintain. You will not be writing tickets for someone else to implement. You will not be waiting for a design handoff. The work is yours from brief to production.
Values
A working product in front of users teaches more in a week than a specification document teaches in a month.
When the person using the product and the person purchasing it are different people, the user wins.
We would rather solve a small problem well than a big problem badly. Focus is a feature.
Decisions, context, reasoning. If it is not documented, it did not happen. This is how a distributed team stays coherent without staying synchronised.
We do not have specific roles open right now, but we are always interested in hearing from people who care about building useful things. If the work described above sounds like your kind of problem, get in touch.
